Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

13.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of any arbitration proceeding, and this Agreement shall not prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of such court's jurisdiction.

14. Term and Termination
